CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order after the package has been delivered to the parcel company. You will receive an email with all the information. Please check your spam-folder in your email inbox for this email before contacting me :)
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Most of the time the item will be on your doormat within 1 - 2 weeks for EU customers. It ships from the Netherlands. Shipments outside Europe can take a little longer because of customs, but will get there eventually. By default all orders ship under standard conditions with a track and trace number, except for stickers. If you would like to get your order shipped otherwise (e.g. express service) or for more info about shipping, please contact me. Note: shipping times are longer because of Corona crisis (around 3 up to 6 weeks for non-EU deliveries).
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
PayPal and credit card payment (e.g. VISA, Mastercard) are the payment methods. Safe methods and well known for quick transactions.
HOW SAFE IS THE PAYMENT/TRANSACTION?
As safe as it can be. You will be redirected to the highly secured PayPal/credit card website after clicking on the 'check out' button. Just like on eBay, Amazon, etcetera.
CAN YOU SIGN THE PRODUCT?
Prints and the 60 Minutes book are signed by default. Stickers are accompanied by a signed card to guarantee authenticity.
WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO PUT THE PRINT IN A FRAME?
All prints are printed in standard universal sizes. For example, when you buy an A2 print you can order most standard A2 frames (always check if the sizes match). It should be quite easy to put it in a frame. Some advice for best results:
- When opening the tube, grab on to the inner corner of the poster and gently wrap it a bit tighter (still within the tube). This way the rolled up poster will become slightly smaller than the tube which makes it easer to slide it out.
- Unroll the poster and roll it in the opposite direction of the curl.
- Then, lay the poster flat under the glass of the frame. Put some extra weight on it to apply more pressure. Be careful not to create any wrinkles. Let the paper get in shape for at least 2 or 3 days.
- After a while the paper should be flattened and ready to be framed. No passe partout needed.
When in doubt, please ask a local framer. I'm not responsible for badly framed posters or damage caused by badly framed posters.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AND HOW IS IT SHIPPED?
Shipping costs are stated once you click on ‘checkout’ on the cart page. After you’ve filled in the address-part shipping costs will be calculated, just before payment. Prints are shipped very carefully in a strong mailing tube with plastic end caps. Stickers come in an envelop.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER A CUSTOM SET OF STICKERS (e.g. 5x Rolex Submariner or 5x Speedmaster)?
Yes, but most people want a mix like the sets I've set up. Please check all options in the dropdown menu on the sticker product detail pages. It is also possible to order bigger batches of the same sticker. Please contact me for all options.
WHY ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR STICKERS INCREASED?
Unfortunately, starting from the 1st of January 2020 it is not possible to send stickers as regular (non commercial) post anymore. Every sticker package needs to be send as commercial package. Because of this, the shipping costs are increased on sticker packages.
MY PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED. WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS?
Unfortunately a product incidentally can get damaged during transport. If this is the case, please contact me for a solution. I do not have a special insurance for this (too expensive). Most of the time I will resend the product and you only have to pay the extra shipping/packaging costs. Please always contact me asap and send pictures of the product and packaging.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDERED ITEM(S)?
I produce and sign every product on my own. All other items are carefully inspected before shipment and produced in small quantities. Unfortunately you can not return any items, all sales are final. Please be sure before you make a purchase. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact me
